Moving onto the Applications, this scan looks for apps that have a lot of cache. Right away you are provided with an option to clear the cache, or reset settings.
Keep in mind that by reseting setting you will have to log into the app again if you had automatic login.
The warning icon next to Firefox app means the app has been removed or Os Clean Up for macOS cannot find the FireFox app.
The app is not found, but content is still present. Feel free to remove cache any time to save you mac drive space. You can keep setting if you are planning to reinstall the app and don't want to configure it from scratch
